BILL CLINTON ALWAYS CHOOSES SOMEONE OTHER THAN HILLARY, SHOULDN'T YOU?

MIRROR, MIRROR ON THE WALL ... WHO'S MY CLOSEST FRIEND OF ALL

Papers of closest friend show Hillary Clinton to be ruthless & vengeful ...

“What voters find slick in Bill Clinton, they find ruthless in Hillary.”

She aped her husband’s word-parsing insistence that he didn’t actually “have sex with that woman,” as if oral sex isn’t sex. There’s also that cigar that good ol’ Bill stuck up Monica’s other orifice.

She excused her husband’s infidelities by attributing them to his difficult childhood, and contemptuously dismissed Monica Lewinsky as a “narcissistic loony toon” and women who complain about being sexually harassed by male politicians as “those whiny women.”
THAT'S MY GIRL ... MY MONEY GETS HER TALKING EVERY TIME!
MIRROR, MIRROR ...

She is disdainful of the press, calling journalists people with “big egos” but “no brains.”

After she’d left the White House she said in a 2005 speech to the United Nations that she favored earlier intervention in the Balkans, and decried “the tragic failures in Rwanda, early Bosnia, and up to now, the inadequate response in Darfur.” At the time, however, in 1993, she was very much against any intervention in Bosnia and dismissed the atrocities there with “they had been killing each other for 900 yrs.”

And despite her public denials, in private she stated her belief in a “single payer” (i.e., national/government) health care system for America.

None of the above should be a surprise to us about Hillary Clinton.

WHAT YOU DO KNOW JUST MAY GET YOU KILLED!
Alana Goodman writes for The Washington Free Beacon, Feb. 9, 2014, that all this and more are revealed in the papers of Hillary’s closest friend Diane Blair, now open to the public for the first time.

Here’s an excerpt from Goodman’s “The Hillary Papers“:

On May 12, 1992, Stan Greenberg and Celinda Lake, top pollsters for Bill Clinton’s presidential campaign, issued a confidential memo. The memo’s subject was “Research on Hillary Clinton.”

Voters admired the strength of the Arkansas first couple, the pollsters wrote. However, “they also fear that only someone too politically ambitious, too strong, and too ruthless could survive such controversy so well.”

Their conclusion: “What voters find slick in Bill Clinton, they find ruthless in Hillary.”

The full memo is one of many previously unpublished documents contained in the archive of one of Hillary Clinton’s best friends and advisers, documents that portray the former first lady, secretary of State, and potential 2016 presidential candidate as a strong, ambitious, and ruthless Democratic operative.

The papers of Diane Blair, a political science professor Hillary Clinton described as her “closest friend” before Blair’s death in 2000, record years of candid conversations with the Clintons on issues ranging from single-payer health care to Monica Lewinsky.

The archive includes correspondence, diaries, interviews, strategy memos, and contemporaneous accounts of conversations with the Clintons ranging from the mid-1970s to the turn of the millennium.

Diane Blair’s husband, Jim Blair, a former chief counsel at Tyson Foods Inc. who was at the center of “Cattlegate,” a 1994 controversy involving the unusually large returns Hillary Clinton made while trading cattle futures contracts in the 1970s, donated his wife’s papers to the University of Arkansas Special Collections library in Fayetteville after her death.

The full contents of the archive, which before 2010 was closed to the public, have not previously been reported on and shed new light on Clinton’s three decades in public life. The records paint a complex portrait of Hillary Clinton, revealing her to be a loyal friend, devoted mother, and a cutthroat strategist who relished revenge against her adversariesand complained in private that nobody in the White House was “tough and mean enough.”

SO WHY IS DONALD J. TRUMP ALL WET ABOUT ILLEGAL ALIENS ...

St. John the Baptist Fire District Chief Spencer Chauvin would be alive today if this illegal wasn't allow in ... have Obama spin the truth on this murder of Chief Chauvin to his family!
(Reuters) - A bus with an unlicensed driver spun out of control near New Orleans on Sunday, killing two people and injuring 41, while taking volunteers to help with Louisiana flood relief, officials said.

St. John the Baptist Fire District Chief Spencer Chauvin was among those killed in the early morning crash after the chartered bus slammed into him as he tried to help victims of another accident, Louisiana State Police spokeswoman Melissa Matey told reporters at a news conference.

Two other firefighters were injured in the crash, one critically, and a passenger in another vehicle struck by the bus died at the scene, the spokeswoman said.

The driver, who was unauthorized to drive a commercial vehicle, was in custody and would be booked on suspicion of negligent homicide, reckless driving and driving without a license, Matey said.

"All three firemen were thrown over the guard rail and into the water below," Matey said.

The incident started when a speeding pickup truck spun out of control, bouncing from one side of the road to the other before coming to rest along the right lane and shoulder of Interstate 10 near the community of Laplace, about 25 miles (40 km) northwest of New Orleans, Matey said.

The firefighters and state police troopers were on scene to investigate when the bus, also out of control, slammed into the fire truck and a Toyota Camry, Matey said. Jermaine Starr, a passenger in the Camry, was pronounced dead at the scene.

It was not immediately clear why the bus driver, Denis Yasmir Amaya Rodriguez, 37, lost control.

Rodriguez, who is from Honduras, was in the United States illegally and Homeland Security officials are assisting the state in its investigation, Matey said.

The Acadian Ambulance Service said on Twitter it had taken 38 people to hospitals and that a second ambulance company had transported three to hospitals.

Matey said at the news conference that most of the injuries to the 24 people on the bus were minor to moderate.

The bus, filled with volunteers to help residents recover from massive flooding in Louisiana earlier this month, was traveling westbound on Interstate 10 when it crashed into the fire truck and another vehicle, the television station and other media reported.

As many as 60,600 homes were reported damaged or destroyed in flooding that ravaged 20 parishes, or counties, in the southern part of Louisiana. About 3,000 residents were still living in shelters as of Aug. 22, officials said last week.

VIRTUAL WATER BOARD ... ANOTHER WAY OF SAYING THE CAT'S GOT YOUR TONGUE

Dr. Drew’s TV show cancelled, 9 days after he raised concerns about Hillary Clinton’s health

A month to the day after she said on camera to a reporter that “Obama is gay and Michelle is a tranny,” Joan Rivers was pronounced dead from a routine endoscopy. (See “RIP – Joan Rivers”)
Now it’s Dr. Drew Pinsky — board-certified internist, addiction medicine specialist, and media personality who has a TV talk show called Dr. Drew On Call on HLN.
On August 16, 2016, Dr. Drew broke ranks with the MSM’s lockstep denial of the many disturbing signs of Hillary Clinton’s health problems. In an interview on KABC 790AM’sMcIntyre In The MorningDr. Drew called the symptoms displayed by Hillary “bizarre” and said he’s concerned about the antiquated level of health care she’s receiving, especially the anti-coagulant Coumadin she’s prescribed.
Asked about Hillary’s health, Dr. Drew said:
“The fact is she released her medical records some time ago, and if you listened to my show last week, I just called a friend of mine, Dr. Robert Heisinger, who is an excellent internist pulmonologist. We just dispassionately sat and evaluated the medical record that she had released, and based on the information…her doctors have provided, we were gravely concerned, not just about…her health, but her health care…. Both of us concluded that if we were providing the care that she was receiving, we’d be ashamed to show up in a doctors’ lounge — we’ll be laughed out. She’s receiving sort of 1950-level of care, by our evaluation. So here’s the basic facts, and by the way, before I launch into it, and if your saw the New York Times this morning, the science section, a front-page article about the so-called Goldwater Rule for psychiatrists being urged from an ethical perspective not to ‘psycho-analyze’ political figures — people that they don’t have a chance to evaluate. I would put in that…this thing needs to change — it may be even our ethical obligation to evaluate leaders. There’s a giant difference between psychoanalzing somebody and looking at medical symtoms that are apparent as a result of people’s behavior.”
Next, Dr. Drew defended Donald Trump, arguing against the KABC host who said Trump is a malignant narcissist. Dr. Drew said that children of malignant narcissists flee and don’t want to be around them, but Trump’s children don’t flee from him and are “well put-together”. Dr. Drew does concede that Trump may have hypomania, given his speeches, his tireless energy, and his getting and needing only 4 hours of sleep a night. But Dr. Drew says hypomania may be exactly what we want from a president. Then Dr. Drew returns to the subject of Hillary’s health:
“So we took a look at her record, and here’s the basic fact — she had two episodes of what’s called deep venous thrombosis. Common problem: blood clots in the leg. She also has hypothyroidism and she’s being treated for hypothyroidism with something called armour thyroid, which is very unconventional and something that we used to use back in the ‘sixties (1960s). And both he and I went, ‘Hmm, that’s weird.’ And by the way, wow, armour thyroid sometimes has weird side effects. Oh well, okay, she’s on Coumadin. That’s weird, because Coumadin really isn’t used anymore. Now we use Eliquis or Xarelto, or things like that. I’m assuming a presidential candidate would get one of the newer anti-coagulants. Then she falls, hits her head, as a complication of that, something called a transverse sinus thrombosis. This is an exceedingly rare clot. I’ve only seen one of these in my career, which is a clot in the collecting system for the cerebral spinal fluid, and essentially guarantees that somebody has something wrong with their coagulation system. Well, she’s had two clots, a transverse sinus thrombosis. What’s wrong with her coagulation system? Has that been evaluated? And oh, by the way, armour thyroid? Associated rarely with hypercoagulability! So the very medicine the doctors are using may be causing this problem, and they’re using an old-fashioned medicine to treat it. What is going on with her health care? It’s bizarre.”
Later that day, KABC deleted Dr. Drew’s interview from its website.
On August 25, 2016, 9 days after Dr. Drew’s KABC interview, HLN, the sister network of CNN, cancelled Dr. Drew’s TV show.
Such is the long arm of Hillary Clinton, who isn’t (yet) elected President. Imagine what a President Hillary would do . . . .

TALK ABOUT A "HANGING CHAD"! OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS PROTECTING HILLARY.

STATE DEPARTMENT RUNNING OUT THE CLOCK OUT --- WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE AND WE ALREADY KNOW THE WHY .... CALENDAR$

WELL AS THE OLD SAYING GOES ... "NEVER UP, NEVER IN!"  OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS ABOVE THE LAW ... WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?
I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY THOUGHT WE WOULD GIVE THEM YOUR CALENDARS ... TALK ABOUT A FUBAR!

A PIG IN A POKE
Seven (7) months after a federal judge ordered the State Department to begin releasing monthly batches of the detailed daily schedules showing meetings by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, the government told The press it won't finish the job before Election Day.
The department has so far released about half of the schedules. Its lawyers said in a phone conference with the AP's lawyers that the department now expects to release the last of the detailed schedules around Dec. 30, weeks before the next president is inaugurated.
The AP's lawyers late Friday formally asked the State Department to hasten that effort so that the department could provide all Clinton's minute-by-minute schedules by Oct. 15. The agency did not immediately respond.
CLINTON FOUNDATION FUNDING
The schedules drew new attention this week after the AP analyzed the ones released so far. The news agency found that more than half the people outside the government who met or spoke by telephone with Clinton while she was secretary of state had given money - either personally or through companies or groups - to the Clinton Foundation. The AP's analysis focused on people with private interests and excluded her meetings or calls with U.S. federal employees or foreign government representatives.

The AP's reporting was based on official calendars covering Clinton's entire term plus the more-detailed daily schedules covering roughly half her time as secretary of state. The AP first asked for Clinton's calendars in 2010 and again in 2013. It then sued the State Department in federal court to obtain the detailed schedules, and the department so far has provided about half of them under court order.

AP IS JUST A BUNCH OF POST TURTLES ...

Clinton has said the AP's analysis was flawed because it did not account fully for all meetings and phone calls during her entire term as secretary. She also said the analysis should have included meetings with federal employees and foreign diplomats. The AP said it focused on her meetings with outsiders because (THAT'S WHERE THE MONEY IS!) those were more discretionary, as Clinton would normally meet with federal officials and foreign officials as part of her job.

Clinton said she met with people outside government regardless of whether they gave money or charitable commitments to her family's charity.

"These are people I would be proud to meet with, as any secretary of state would have been proud to meet with, to hear about their work and their insights," Clinton said this week on CNN.
"HERE'S THE WIRE TRANSFER ROUTING NUMBER TO THE CLINTON FOUNDATION, MAKE IT $10 MILLION."
With the foundation drawing continued attention, Clinton promised Friday to put in place additional safeguards to prevent conflicts of interest with the charity should she win the White House.

DOES YOUR DOG BITE?

The foundation issue, along with continued focus on her use of a private email server, has dogged Clinton politically throughout the week, drawing strong criticism from opponent Donald Trump.

Trump spokesman Jason Miller released a statement Friday night saying: "It is unacceptable that the State Department is now refusing to release her official schedule before the election in full. Voters deserve to know the truth before they cast their ballots."

AND FAIRY TALES DO COME TRUE Former President Bill Clinton said last week that if she is elected president, the foundation will no longer accept foreign or corporate donations.

A PEEP SHOW IS MORE REVEALING

The State Department is now estimating there are about 2,700 pages of schedules left. Under its process, it is reviewing and censoring them page-by-page to remove personal details such as private phone numbers or email addresses. In some cases it has censored names of people who met privately with Clinton or the subjects they discussed.

A State Department spokeswoman, Elizabeth Trudeau, declined to discuss the ongoing case and noted the agency is struggling with thousands of public records requests. (MUST BE A REASON)

In court, the AP in December had asked U.S. District Judge Richard Leon to order the State Department to produce specific percentages of the remaining schedules every 30 days under a formula so that all would be released before the presidential primary elections were complete.

Instead, because the State Department said it did not know how many pages were left, Leon ordered it in January to release at least 600 pages of schedules every 30 days. Each 600-page group covers about three months of Clinton's tenure.

SLOW IS THE NEW NORMAL
Under the present rate, a government attorney working on behalf of the State Department notified the AP's lawyers, it will take about four and one-half months - or until Dec. 30 - to release all the remaining schedules through the end of Clinton's term, in February 2013. The government's notice late Thursday was the first time the State Department has provided the AP with a measure of how many pages were remaining and when it expected to complete the job.

It was unclear whether the judge will reconsider his earlier decision and order faster results. In the AP's lawsuit over other Clinton-related files, Leon has said it would be "ridiculous" to allow the State Department to delay until even weeks before the election. He also cited "mounting frustration that this is a project where the State Department may be running out the clock."

IT WORKS ON A COCKROACH BUT CAN IT WORK ON HILLARY?

Mind-controlled nanobots could release drugs inside your brain
Nanorobots have released drugs inside cockroaches, prompted by only a human thought

By Helen Thomson

A man has used thought alone to control nanorobots inside a living creature for the first time. The technology released a drug inside cockroaches in response to the man’s brain activity – a technique that may be useful for treating brain disorders such as schizophrenia and ADHD.

Getting drugs to where they need to be exactly when you want them is a challenge. Most drugs diffuse through the blood stream over time – and you’re stuck with the side effects until the drug wears off.

Now, a team at the Interdisciplinary Center, in Herzliya, and Bar Ilan University, in Ramat Gan, both in Israel, have developed a system that allows precise control over when a drug is active in the body.

The group has built nanorobots out of DNA, forming shell-like shapes that drugs can be tethered to. The bots also have a gate, which has a lock made from iron oxide nanoparticles. The lock opens when heated using electromagnetic energy, exposing the drug to the environment. Because the drug remains tethered to the DNA parcel, a body’s exposure to the drug can be controlled by closing and opening the gate.
Mind medicine

To get the DNA bots to respond to a person’s thoughts, the team trained a computer algorithm to distinguish between a person’s brain activity when resting and when doing mental arithmetic.

The team then attached a fluorescent drug to the bots and injected them into a cockroach sat inside an electromagnetic coil. A person wearing an EEG cap that measures brain activity was then instructed either to do mental calculations, or rest. The cap was connected to the electromagnetic coil, switching it on when the man was calculating and off when he was resting.

By examining when fluorescence appeared inside different cockroaches, the team confirmed that this worked.

The algorithm could be trained to track other types of brain activity, says Sachar Arnon, a member of the team at the Interdisciplinary Center. “It could track brain states that underlie ADHD or schizophrenia, for example. It could be modified to suit your needs.”

The idea would be to automatically trigger the release of a drug when it is needed. For example, some people don’t always know when they need medication – before a violent episode of schizophrenia, for instance. If an EEG could detect it was coming, it could stimulate the release of a preventative drug.

Triggered release
Because the bots can open and close when required, the technology should minimise unwanted side effects. Tweaking the DNA bots could also ensure they only target specific cells in the body, minimising harmful interactions elsewhere in the body. This could be done by attaching molecules to the surface of the bots that bind to specific receptors on the outside of certain types of cell.

But the technology isn’t ready to be used in humans yet. To work, the setup needs a smaller, more portable method of measuring brain activity – something Arnon says isn’t far away. The team envisions a person wearing a small, hearing aid-like EEG device to monitor brain activity and detect when drugs are needed – for example, when a person with ADHD’s concentration begins to lapse. A smart watch would then create the electromagnetic field required to release a dose of Ritalin.

Such a combination of devices could be used to treat depression and other brain conditions that are difficult to treat. It could also allow people to actively trigger when they want a drug to be released by summoning specific thoughts.

“People could take this in all different directions,” says Arnon. “Imagine if you could deliver the exact amount of alcohol that you wanted to keep you in a happy state but not drunk. Kind of stupid, but this could happen. I think we’ve just scratched the surface.”

DEMOCRATS CHUMMING THE WATER WITH BLACK ON BLACK CRIME

EMAILS SO TOP SECRET EVEN CONGRESS CAN'T SEE THEM ... BUT ... HUMA ABEDIN WITHOUT CLEARANCE READ THEM!

1/3 OF ABEDIN EMAILS 100% REDACTED

NEW YORK – Judicial Watch’s release this week of 725 pages of State Department emailsinvolving Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin demonstrates the Obama administration considers a large percentage of the emails sent through Clinton’s private server too sensitive for Congress or the American public to read.

35% OF PAGES DENIED! THAT'S ALOT OF YOGI AND WEDDING!!

Of the 725 pages, more than 250 pages were 100 percent redacted, many with “PAGE DENIED” stamped in bold.

Judicial Watch said the new cache includes previously unreleased email exchanges in which former Abedin “provided influential Clinton Foundation donors special, expedited access to the secretary of state.”

Judicial Watch added that in many instances, the preferential treatment provided to donors was at the specific request of Clinton Foundation executive Douglas Band.

“The Abedin emails reveal that the longtime Clinton aide apparently served as a conduit between Clinton Foundation donors and Hillary Clinton while Clinton served as secretary of state. In more than a dozen email exchanges, Abedin provided expedited, direct access to Clinton for donors who had contributed from $25,000 to $10 million to the Clinton Foundation,” Judicial Watch said in a statement announcing the release.
“In many instances, Clinton Foundation top executive Doug Band, who worked with the Foundation throughout Hillary Clinton’s tenure at State, coordinated closely with Abedin.”

100 percent redaction

Previous releases of Clinton emails have forced the Obama administration to admit highly sensitive State Department information was transmitted over Clinton’s private email server.

On July 7, Charles McCullough, the inspector general of the intelligence community for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, in testimony before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, admitted his office did not have the security clearances required to read the emails transmitted over Clinton’s private email server that Congress was demanding to see.

See C-SPAN video of McCullough’s testimony:

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, generated the response by asking McCullough if he could provide the committee, in a secure format, the classified emails transmitted over Clinton’s private email server.

“I cannot provide a certain segment of them because the agency that owns the information for those emails has limited the distribution on those,” McCullough explained. “They are characterizing them as OrCon, ‘originator control,’ so I can’t give them to even Congress without getting the agency’s permission to provide them.”

“Which agency?” Chaffetz interjected.

“I can’t say that in an open hearing sir,” McCullough replied.

“So you can’t even tell me which agency won’t allow us, as members of Congress, to see something that Hillary Clinton allowed somebody without a security clearance, in a non-protected format to see. That’s correct?” Chaffetz responded, in obvious disbelief.

McCullough responded that he could not tell the committee in an open hearing even what the emails were about, let alone reveal their specific contents.

Video: Six Key States in the Presidential Election

“I don’t want to violate that, but the concern is it was already violated by Hillary Clinton,” Chaffetz told the IG. “It was her choice, and she set it up, and she created this problem, and she created this mess. We shouldn’t have to go through this, but she did that.”

“This is the segment of emails that I had to have people in my office read-in to particular programs to even see these emails,” McCullough responded. “We didn’t posses the required clearances.”

“So even the Inspector General for ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence) didn’t have the requisite security clearances?” Chaffetz pressed, seeking to clarify McCullough’s statement.

“That’s correct. I had to get read-ins for them,” McCullough said.

“Wow,” Chaffetz said. “Unbelievable. What a mess.”

On Aug. 16, the FBI pledged to release to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee some 14,900 previously undisclosed documents related to the investigation into Clinton’s private email server.

Chaffetz: ‘Even I am not sufficiently cleared’

By Aug. 22, Chaffetz once again went public, explaining security clearances were needed to review the heavily redacted materials.

“As the chairman of the chief investigative body in the House, it is significant I can’t even read these documents in their entirety,” Chaffetz told Fox News. “This shows how dangerous it was to have this intelligence, highly classified to this day, on the former secretary’s unsecured personal server where it was vulnerable.”

Fox News commented that the fact that portions of the FBI investigative file are heavily redacted and must be held and read by lawmakers in a secure facility on Capitol Hill shows how classified the material remains, despite claims made by the Clinton campaign.

“The campaign’s call to release the FBI agents’ notes appears suspect because the material is too highly classified to make public,” Fox News reported. “The FBI told the committee that the documents cannot be released in part or in full without prior agency approval.”

Appearing on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” show Aug. 22, Chaffetz again complained about the high level of redactions in the released FBI documents.

“Hillary Clinton is out there saying there’s not very much sensitive information in there, that she didn’t trade in sensitive classified information. It’s so sensitive and so classified that even I as the chairman of the Oversight Committee don’t have the high level of clearance to see what’s in those materials,” Chaffetz said.

Now more than ever, Bill and Hill are “Partners in Crime.” Jerome Corsi reveals “The Clintons’ scheme to monetize the White House for personal profit.”

I WOULDN'T VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON IF SHE PAID ME ... WOW NOW THAT'S A MOUTH FULL!

HILLARY WHO?

THREE CARD MONTY ... DEALING FROM THE BOTTOM

The US violates the cease-fire in Syria and arms Al-Qaïda

On 7 April 2016, Jane’s revealed that in 2015 the US Navy Military Sealift Command had launched, two calls for tender to transport arms from the Romanian port of Constanta to the Jordanian port of Aqaba [1].

The weapons that could be identified were manufactured in Bulgaria. This confirms the previous enquiry of the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network [2] as well as our own [3].

The winning bidder was Transatlantic Lineset and Geysir (IMO: 7710733) delivered the shipment.

The first freight left Romania on 5 December 2015. Half was unloaded at Taşucu (Turkey), and the other half at Aqaba (Jordan). It consisted of a total of 117 containers, weighing 2,007 tonnes. In addition to Kalachnikovs and some machine guns, there were about 50 Faktoria launch-missiles, 796 - 854 missiles and 162 tons of explosives.

Faktoria anti-tanks have been chosen because they are similar to the 9K111 Fagots ATGW that are used by the Arab Syrian Army, only they are an improved version. This means that one may accuse the Syrian Army of several crimes that it has not [actually] committed.

We have just learnt that the second delivery, which was bigger than the first, left Romania on 28 March 2016 and was delivered on 7 April. This is the same day that the article in Jane’s was published.

This means that the United States has, itself, violated the cessation of hostilities signed on 12 February 2016. They have taken advantage of the naiviety of Russia and Syria in order to rearm Jihadist groups, just as they had done at the start of 2012, during an Observation Mission of the Arab League and later, during an Observation Mission at the United Nations.
The Pentagon has handed over these weapons, Pentagon either directly or through the Turkish army to groups qualified as “moderates” that are, at the same time, participating in the Geneva peace negotiations.

According to observors on site, some of which oppose the Arab Syrian Republic, these groups that coordinate their action on the battle field with Al-Qaïda, systematically hand over half the arms they receive to this international terrorist organization. This demonstrates that it is the United States that arms Al-Qaïda, just as it is for the main part, the United States that armed Isis, significantly in 2014, by organizing «the abandoning» of the arms that they had just delivered to the Iraqi army.

CLINTON FOUNDATIONS FOOTING ...

HEEEEEREEEEE'S DONNIE!!!

CAN A LEOPARD CHANGE ITS SPOTS?

Many donors to Clinton Foundation met with her at State ... but wait that's not all!

WASHINGTON (AP) — More than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state gave money — either personally or through companies or groups — to the Clinton Foundation. It's an extraordinary proportion indicating her possible ethics challenges if elected president.

At least 85 of 154 people from private interests who met or had phone conversations scheduled with Clinton while she led the State Department donated to her family charity or pledged commitments to its international programs, according to a review of State Department calendars released so far to The Associated Press. Combined, the 85 donors contributed as much as $156 million. At least 40 donated more than $100,000 each, and 20 gave more than $1 million.

Donors who were granted time with Clinton included an internationally known economist who asked for her help as the Bangladesh government pressured him to resign from a nonprofit bank he ran; a Wall Street executive who sought Clinton's help with a visa problem; and Estee Lauder executives who were listed as meeting with Clinton while her department worked with the firm's corporate charity to counter gender-based violence in South Africa.

The meetings between the Democratic presidential nominee and foundation donors do not appear to violate legal agreements Clinton and former president Bill Clinton signed before she joined the State Department in 2009. But the frequency of the overlaps shows the intermingling of access and donations, and fuels perceptions that giving the foundation money was a price of admission for face time with Clinton. Her calendars and emails released as recently as this week describe scores of contacts she and her top aides had with foundation donors.

The AP's findings represent the first systematic effort to calculate the scope of the intersecting interests of Clinton foundation donors and people who met personally with Clinton or spoke to her by phone about their needs.
The 154 did not include U.S. federal employees or foreign government representatives. Clinton met with representatives of at least 16 foreign governments that donated as much as $170 million to the Clinton charity, but they were not included in AP's calculations because such meetings would presumably have been part of her diplomatic duties.

Clinton's campaign said the AP analysis was flawed because it did not include in its calculations meetings with foreign diplomats or U.S. government officials, and the meetings AP examined covered only the first half of Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.

"It is outrageous to misrepresent Secretary Clinton's basis for meeting with these individuals," spokesman Brian Fallon said. He called it "a distorted portrayal of how often she crossed paths with individuals connected to charitable donations to the Clinton Foundation."
Last week, the Clinton Foundation moved to head off ethics concerns about future donations by announcing changes planned if Clinton is elected.

On Monday, Bill Clinton said in a statement that if his wife were to win, he would step down from the foundation's board and stop all fundraising for it. The foundation would also accept donations only from U.S. citizens and what it described as independent philanthropies, while no longer taking gifts from foreign groups, U.S. companies or corporate charities. Clinton said the foundation would no longer hold annual meetings of its international aid program, the Clinton Global Initiative, and it would spin off its foreign-based programs to other charities.

Those planned changes would not affect more than 6,000 donors who have already provided the Clinton charity with more than $2 billion in funding since its creation in 2000.

"There's a lot of potential conflicts and a lot of potential problems,"
said Douglas White, an expert on nonprofits who previously directed Columbia University's graduate fundraising management program. "The point is, she can't just walk away from these 6,000 donors."
Former senior White House ethics officials said a Clinton administration would have to take careful steps to ensure that past foundation donors would not have the same access as she allowed at the State Department.

"If Secretary Clinton puts the right people in and she's tough about it and has the right procedures in place and sends a message consistent with a strong commitment to ethics, it can be done," said Norman L. Eisen, who was President Barack Obama's top ethics counsel and later worked for Clinton as ambassador to the Czech Republic.

Eisen, now a governance studies fellow at the Brookings Institution, said that at a minimum, Clinton should retain the Obama administration's current ethics commitments and oversight, which include lobbying restrictions and other rules. Richard Painter, a former ethics adviser to President George W. Bush and currently a University of Minnesota law school professor, said Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton should remove themselves completely from foundation leadership roles, but he added that potential conflicts would shadow any policy decision affecting past donors.

Fallon did not respond to the AP's questions about Clinton transition plans regarding ethics, but said in a statement the standard set by the Clinton Foundation's ethics restrictions was "unprecedented, even if it may never satisfy some critics."

GOP Vice Presidential candidate Indiana Gov. Mike Pence said the AP analysis was evidence of "pay-to-play" politics at Clinton's State Department. He called for the foundation to be shut down and for an independent prosecutor to be appointed to investigate.

Some of Clinton's most influential visitors donated millions to the Clinton Foundation and to her and her husband's political coffers. They are among scores of Clinton visitors and phone contacts in her official calendar turned over by the State Department to AP last year and in more-detailed planning schedules that so far have covered about half her four-year tenure. The AP sought Clinton's calendar and schedules three years ago, but delays led the AP to sue the State Department last year in federal court for those materials and other records.

Daniel Abraham, whose name also was included in emails released by the State Department as part of another lawsuit, is a Clinton fundraising bundler who was listed in Clinton's planners for eight meetings with her at various times. A billionaire behind the Slim-Fast diet and founder of the Center for Middle East Peace, Abraham told the AP last year his talks with Clinton concerned Mideast issues.

Big Clinton Foundation donors with no history of political giving to the Clintons also met or talked by phone with Hillary Clinton and top aides, AP's review showed.

Muhammad Yunus, a Bangladeshi economist who won the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize for pioneering low-interest "microcredit" for poor business owners, met with Clinton three times and talked with her by phone during a period when Bangladeshi government authorities investigated his oversight of a nonprofit bank and ultimately pressured him to resign from the bank's board. Throughout the process, he pleaded for help in messages routed to Clinton, and she ordered aides to find ways to assist him.

American affiliates of his nonprofit Grameen Bank had been working with the Clinton Foundation's Clinton Global Initiative programs as early as 2005, pledging millions of dollars in microloans for the poor. Grameen America, the bank's nonprofit U.S. flagship, which Yunus chairs, has given between $100,000 and $250,000 to the foundation — a figure that bank spokeswoman Becky Asch said reflects the institution's annual fees to attend CGI meetings. Another Grameen arm chaired by Yunus, Grameen Research, has donated between $25,000 and $50,000.

As a U.S. senator from New York, Clinton, as well as then-Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry and two other senators in 2007 sponsored a bill to award a congressional gold medal to Yunus. He got one but not until 2010, a year after Obama awarded him a Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Yunus first met with Clinton in Washington in April 2009. That was followed six months later by an announcement by USAID, the State Department's foreign aid arm, that it was partnering with the Grameen Foundation, a nonprofit charity run by Yunus, in a $162 million commitment to extend its microfinance concept abroad. USAID also began providing loans and grants to the Grameen Foundation, totaling $2.2 million over Clinton's tenure.

By September 2009, Yunus began complaining to Clinton's top aides about what he perceived as poor treatment by Bangladesh's government. His bank was accused of financial mismanagement of Norwegian government aid money — a charge that Norway later dismissed as baseless. But Yunus told Melanne Verveer, a long-time Clinton aide who was an ambassador-at-large for global women's issues, that Bangladesh officials refused to meet with him and asked the State Department for help in pressing his case.

"Please see if the issues of Grameen Bank can be raised in a friendly way," he asked Verveer. Yunus sent "regards to H" and cited an upcoming Clinton Global Initiative event he planned to attend.

Clinton ordered an aide: "Give to EAP rep," referring the problem to the agency's top east Asia expert.

Yunus continued writing to Verveer as pressure mounted on his bank. In December 2010, responding to a news report that Bangladesh's prime minister was urging an investigation of Grameen Bank, Clinton told Verveer that she wanted to discuss the matter with her East Asia expert "ASAP."

Clinton called Yunus in March 2011 after the Bangladesh government opened an inquiry into his oversight of Grameen Bank. Yunus had told Verveer by email that "the situation does not allow me to leave the country." By mid-May, the Bangladesh government had forced Yunus to step down from the bank's board. Yunus sent Clinton a copy of his resignation letter. In a separate note to Verveer, Clinton wrote: "Sad indeed."

Clinton met with Yunus a second time in Washington in August 2011 and again in the Bangladesh capital of Dhaka in May 2012. Clinton's arrival in Bangladesh came after Bangladesh authorities moved to seize control of Grameen Bank's effort to find new leaders. Speaking to a town hall audience, Clinton warned the Bangladesh government that "we do not want to see any action taken that would in any way undermine or interfere in the operations of the Grameen Bank."

Grameen America's Asch referred other questions about Yunus to his office, but he had not responded by Tuesday.

Earlier this month, State Department spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau acknowledged that agency officials are "regularly in touch with a range of outside individuals and organizations, including nonprofits, NGOs, think tanks and others." But Trudeau said the State Department was not aware of any actions that were influenced by the Clinton Foundation.

In another case, Clinton was host at a September 2009 breakfast meeting at the New York Stock Exchange that listed Blackstone Group chairman Stephen Schwarzman as one of the attendees. Schwarzman's firm is a major Clinton Foundation donor, but he personally donates heavily to GOP candidates and causes. One day after the breakfast, according to Clinton emails, the State Department was working on a visa issue at Schwarzman's request. In December that same year, Schwarzman's wife, Christine, sat at Clinton's table during the Kennedy Center Honors. Clinton also introduced Schwarzman, then chairman of the Kennedy Center, before he spoke.

Blackstone donated between $250,000 and $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Eight Blackstone executives also gave between $375,000 and $800,000 to the foundation. And Blackstone's charitable arm has pledged millions of dollars in commitments to three Clinton Global aid projects ranging from the U.S. to the Mideast. Blackstone officials did not make Schwarzman available for comment.

Clinton also met in June 2011 with Nancy Mahon of the MAC AIDS, the charitable arm of MAC Cosmetics, which is owned by Estee Lauder. The meeting occurred before an announcement about a State Department partnership to raise money to finance AIDS education and prevention. The public-private partnership was formed to fight gender-based violence in South Africa, the State Department said at the time.

The MAC AIDS fund donated between $5 million and $10 million to the Clinton Foundation. In 2008, Mahon and the MAC AIDS fund made a three-year unspecified commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative. That same year, the fund partnered with two other organizations to beef up a USAID program in Malawi and Ghana. And in 2011, the fund was one of eight organizations to pledge a total of $2 million over a three-year period to help girls in southern Africa. The fund has not made a commitment to CGI since 2011.

Estee Lauder executive Fabrizio Freda also met with Clinton at the same Wall Street event attended by Schwarzman. Later that month, Freda was on a list of attendees for a meeting between Clinton and a U.S.-China trade group. Estee Lauder has given between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation. The company made a commitment to CGI in 2013 with four other organizations to help survivors of sexual slavery in Cambodia.

MAC AIDs officials did not make Mahon available to AP for comment.

When Clinton appeared before the U.S. Senate in early 2009 for her confirmation hearing as secretary of state, then- Sen. Richard Lugar, a Republican from Indiana, questioned her at length about the foundation and potential conflicts of interest. His concerns were focused on foreign government donations, mostly to CGI. Lugar wanted more transparency than was ultimately agreed upon between the foundation and Obama's transition team.

Now, Lugar hopes Hillary and Bill Clinton make a clean break from the foundation.

"The Clintons, as they approach the presidency, if they are successful, will have to work with their attorneys to make certain that rules of the road are drawn up to give confidence to them and the American public that there will not be favoritism," Lugar said.

PUTIN TAKES MIDDLE EAST LEADERSHIP ROLE ... OFFERS TO BROKER PEACE

Egyptian president: Putin willing to host Netanyahu and Abbas Mideast peace talks

CAIRO:
Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi said on Sunday that Russian President Vladimir Putin informed him that he is ready to host direct talks summit between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

Speaking in an interview with Egyptian journalists and quoted by Yedioth Ahronoth, the Egyptian president said Israeli convictions of peace are strengthening.

Sisi also invited everybody to take part in moving the peace process forward which, he said, was the key to stability in the region.

But Palestinian infighting between the Islamist Hamas rulers of Gaza and Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas's Fatah in the West Bank remained an obstacle, he said in the interview.

Talks between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Abbas have been suspended since 2014, despite a push by Washington and France to resume the peace process.

Sisi, who is seen as having good ties with both Israel and Abbas's Palestinian Authority, has also been pushing for a resumption of negotiations.

"Putin has told me that he is ready to receive both (Abbas) and Netanyahu in Moscow to carry out direct talks to find a solution and solve the issue," Sisi said.

"I see that the conviction of the importance of peace is rising among the Israeli side, and the conviction about finding an exit to the issue is a positive sign.

"At the same time, it is important to end the Palestinian-Palestinian rift... and to have national reconciliation between the Palestinian Authority and Hamas so that the climate be ready for real efforts to establish a state," he said.

Sisi said last month that his country was making serious efforts to break the deadlock between Israel and the Palestinians.

His remarks followed a trip by Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry to Israel, the first in nine years.

Egypt became in 1979 the first Arab country to sign a peace treaty with Israel, after four wars.

Netanyahu has called on Palestinians to engage in direct negotiations with Israel, but Palestinian leaders say years of talks have not ended Israel's occupation of the West Bank.

Abbas has instead tried to put pressure on Israel through diplomacy at the UN.

“Putin has told me that he is ready to receive [Abbas] and Netanyahu in Moscow to carry out direct talks to find a solution,” Mr Sisi told the state-owned newspaper Al.

He added that there is no avoiding a reconciliation agreement between Hamas and Fatah since only this, he contended, could lead to genuine concerted efforts to bring about the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Several months ago, Sisi in a televised speech urged Israelis and Palestinian Arabs to seize what he said was a "real opportunity" for peace and hailed his own country's peace deal with Israel.

The comments were welcomed by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who stressed that "Israel is ready to participate with Egypt and other Arab states in advancing both the diplomatic process and stability in the region."

Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman welcomed Sisi’s call as well, saying he welcomed the Egyptian president’s efforts to achieve peace and establish a Palestinian state.

But despite his comments welcoming the peace efforts, Abbas recently rejected an American proposal for a meeting with Netanyahu in the presence of Arab and western leaders.

Abbas's stated reason for refusing was the claim that the proposal was just a plan to circumvent the Arab and French peace proposals.

The PA chairman has also insisted that any reboot of peace talks with Israel should happen within a clear timeframe and under international supervision.

WOW ... WTF ... WHERE IS THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA ... WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE!!!

Nuclear Red Alert

"We have nuclear bombs": this is what was said on February 19 on Russia Today by the Saudi political analyst, Daham al-Anzi, de facto spokesman for Riyadh. He repeated it on another Arab channel. Saudi Arabia had already declared [1] its intention to acquire nuclear weapons from Pakistan (not a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty), of whom it finances 60% of the military nuclear program. Now, through al-Anzi, the Saudis have indicated that they started buying them two years ago. Of course, for Riyadh, this is to confront the "Iranian threat" in Yemen, Iraq and Syria, where "the Russians aid Assad." That is to say, where Russia supports the Syrian government to free the country from Daesh (Islamic state) and other terrorist groups, financed and armed by Saudi Arabia as part of the US / NATO strategy.

Riyadh has over 250 fighter-bombers with dual conventional and nuclear capability, provided by the US and by the European powers. Since 2012, Saudi Arabia is part of the "Nato Eurofighter and Tornado Management Agency," the NATO agency that manages European Eurofighter and Tornado fighters, of which Riyadh bought from Britain twice the number of that of the whole Royal Air Force. In the same context, enter the imminent 8 billion EUR maxi contract - thanks to Minister Roberta Pinotti, efficient sales representative for the supply of weapons – to supply Kuwait (ally of Saudi Arabia) with 28 Eurofighter fighter Typhoons, built by a consortium including Finmeccanica with British, German and Spanish industries. This is the largest order ever obtained by Finmeccanica whose coffers will absorb half the 8 billion. Guaranteed with 4 billion in funding by a pool of banks, including Unicredit and Intesa Sanpaolo, and the group Sace Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.

And thus accelerates the conversion of military Finmeccanica, with outstanding results for those who enrich themselves with war: in 2015 Finmeccanica share value grew by 67%. Right in the face of the "Arms Trade Treaty" ratified by parliament in 2013, which states that "no State Party shall knowingly authorize the transfer of arms if the weapons could be used for attacks against civilian targets or subjects, or for other war crimes. " Faced with the denunciation that the weapons provided by Italy are used by Saudi and Kuwaiti air forces for the massacre of civilians in Yemen, Minister Pinotti replies: "Let us not transform the states that are our allies in the battle against Daesh into enemies. This would be a very serious mistake. "

This would be especially a "mistake" to allow it to be known who are our "allies" Saudi and Kuwaiti: absolute monarchies, where power is concentrated in the hands of the ruler and his family circle, where parties and trade unions are banned; where immigrant workers (10 million in Saudi Arabia, about half of the labor force; 2 million to 2.9 million people in Kuwait) live in conditions of exploitation and slavery, where those who call for the most basic human rights are hanged or beheaded.

In these hands, "democratic" Italy places bombers capable of carrying nuclear bombs, knowing that Saudi Arabia already has them and that they can also be used by Kuwait.

At the "International Humanitarian Law Conference," minister Pinotti, after stressing the importance of "respecting the norms of international law," concluded that "Italy is a immensely credible and respected country."
