The Constitutional Convention of 1787 was held in strict secrecy. Consequently, anxious citizens gathered outside Independence Hall when the proceedings ended in order to learn what had been produced behind closed doors. The answer was provided immediately. A Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, "Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?" With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, "A republic, if you can keep it." ~ BENJAMIN FRANKLIN 1787
14-Year-Old Girl Gang-Raped by Immigrant Teens in High School Boy’s Bathroom
These animals deserve the worst penalties we have.
On Thursday around 9 a.m., a 14-year-old girl was forced into a boy’s bathroom stall at Rockville High School in Rockville, Maryland and raped and sodomized by two immigrant teenagers.
The suspects, Jose O. Montano, 17, and Henry E. Sanchez Milian, 18 (pictured above), approached the young girl in a hallway and began to sexually harass her and slap her buttocks. Montano asked for sex but the girl refused. So, he pushed her into the nearby bathroom and into a stall. Together, the two suspects, talking in Spanish, took turns raping her, sodomizing her, and forcing oral sex while she yelled stop multiple times and cried out in pain.
Both Montano and Milian were arrested at the school and charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense. Unbelievably, these boys were placed in the 9th grade at Rockville, according to WUSA 9. The report also states that the older boy already has an “alien removal case” pending and that a judge considered both “dangerous and flight risks due to the fact they have only been in this country for a couple of months.”
“Montano came to the U.S. from El Salvador. Sanchez [Milian] came here from Guatemala,” the report adds.
Only a picture of Milian was releases as Montano is considered a juvenile. But because the seriousness of their crime, both will be tried as adults. The Montgomery County attorney said their crime could BETTER carry a life sentence.
Washington, D.C. ABC 7 reporter Kevin Lewis posted the court documents to Twitter giving the details of the “terribly gruesome, violent, unconscionable attack." Proceed with caution:
