Fourteenth Amendment

Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3 ... MAD MAX IN ACTION

No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

This report/document is intended to provide some insight into and evidence of possible adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines. It is structured as follows:

1. A background on harms caused by other vaccines, which were only discovered after they were licensed and marketed. This includes at least 2 examples where the vaccine was suspended due to a relatively small number of reports of injury or death. This section includes links to supporting documentation from mainstream sources, published research, and the CDC.

   What we will see is that at least 2 vaccines were suspended due to a relatively small number of reported adverse events, with thorough investigations only being launched afterward. In other words, historical precedent shows that the CDC has taken reports very seriously. Why are they not doing that now when a large number of serious adverse events are being reported?

2. A discussion of the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) and summary of studies that have tried to measure the extent to which adverse events are underreported.

3. A presentation and discussion of data on adverse events reported to VAERS for COVID-19 vaccines, including deaths.

4. Presentation of adverse events based on EU, UK, and Israeli data and links to news reports on 4 adverse events: anaphylaxis, Bell’s palsy, autoimmune thrombocytopenia, and vaginal bleeding.

ILLUSION OF BLACKNESS

If you could see all the colors in the world, including the ultraviolets a honeybee can see, the infrared a snake can see, the low electric frequencies catfish and salamanders can see, the radio waves, the X-rays, the gamma rays, the slow galactic pulsations, if you could see everything that is really there in its myriad shapes and hues, in all of its blinding glory, instead of the blackness you’d see form and motion everywhere, day and night. Blackness cannot drive out darkness; only the light of a rainbow can do that. Freedom of truth is a light that illuminates the darkness. Freedom is not having to defend our illusions with (y)our delusions. We see what we look for but not in darkness.

 True National Debt Exceeds $123 Trillion, or Nearly $800,000 per Taxpayer: Report

OUT OF CONTROL America’s national debt now exceeds $123 trillion, according to a new report, or more than four times the official figure of $28 trillion, as calculated by the U.S. Treasury Department at the end of March.

Federal spending related to the CCP virus pandemic and economic lockdown added nearly $10 trillion to the total in 2020, according to the latest edition of the “Financial State of the Union 2021” report, compiled and published annually by Chicago-based nonprofit Truth in Accounting (TIA).

But spending amid the pandemic represents only a small portion of the total difference between the official government figure and TIA’s calculation.

“Our measure of the government’s financial condition includes reported federal assets and liabilities, as well as promised, but not funded, Social Security and Medicare benefits,” the report stated.

“Elected and non-elected officials have made repeated financial decisions that have left the federal government with a debt burden of $123.11 trillion, including unfunded Social Security and Medicare promises.”

The TIA report includes in its total debt calculation $55.12 trillion in unfunded Medicare benefits and $41.20 trillion in unfunded Social Security benefits.

Treasury officials don’t include unfunded benefits because they claim recipients have no right to future payments, only to those under current entitlement laws.

The total debt, according to the report, “equates to a $796,000 burden for every federal taxpayer. Because the federal government would need such a vast amount of money from taxpayers to cover this debt, it received an ‘F’ grade for its financial condition.”

Unlike many state governments, the federal government doesn’t maintain a cash reserve to deal with spending necessitated by unexpected crises such as a virus pandemic.

“The coronavirus pandemic and related stimulus packages have caused some of the deterioration because the government had to borrow money to weather the pandemic. If the federal government was properly prepared for a crisis with a true rainy-day fund, it would not have had to borrow money,” TIA stated.

Defense and veterans’ benefits accounted for the largest share of federal spending in 2020 at 23 percent, followed by health and human services with 19 percent, Social Security with 16 percent, interest on the debt at 5 percent, and 2 percent on education. Fully a third (35 percent) of the spending went to what TIA described as “Other.”

Responses

Spokesmen for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), respectively the chairman and ranking minority member of the Senate Budget Committee, didn’t respond to The Epoch Times request for comment.

Similarly, a spokesman for House Budget Committee Chairman Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Ky.), didn’t respond.

Mondays are typically “travel days” for senators returning from their states and representatives from the districts.

A spokesman for Rep. Jason Smith (R-Mo.), the budget panel’s ranking minority member, referred to a March 31 statement in which Smith criticized news spending proposals from President Joe Biden and congressional Democrats.

“Washington Democrats are embracing an historically disturbing appetite for spending. They just passed a nearly $2 Trillion bailout bill. President Biden is now proposing they turn right back around and cut a check for another $2 trillion to spend on a massive grab bag of policies all tied together with talking points,” Smith wrote.

“All the while, the President reportedly has yet another $2 trillion spending proposal in his back pocket awaiting its own news cycle.”

Consultants Agree

Campaign strategists and nonprofit activists interviewed by The Epoch Times about the TIA report expressed agreement that debt requires serious attention to get it under control.

Jim Manley, former communications director to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), said “at some point, both parties are going to have to have a serious negotiation regarding the need to get our fiscal house in better order, and that includes both taxes and spending, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon because our politics are just too toxic.”

But, Manley said, “in the meantime interest rates are low and the economy is digging itself out of the hole the pandemic caused, but there is no reason for Democrats to be at all concerned about the Republicans’ new-found focus on cutting spending after everything the last administration did.”

He was referring, he said, to 2017 tax reform legislation enacted by Republican majorities in the House and Senate and signed into law by President Donald Trump.

Another Democratic campaign strategist, Kevin B. Chavous, told The Epoch Times: “This has been an issue that both parties have simply failed to address. It will not be fixed, though, by doing the same things.”

Chavous said he expects “the infrastructure bill will create jobs and grow the economy by investing in modern technology and cleaner energy sources. Things like a nationalized electric grid and expanded broadband access will make Americans more productive and more competitive in the years to come. It is an expense we have to make sooner than later.”

Taxpayers Protection Alliance (TPA) President David Williams pointed to the need to cut federal spending. “A debt of $123 trillion should be a wake-up call for the country. The bill is coming due very soon, which could have dire consequences for taxpayers and the country.”

Williams said Biden and congressional leaders “are seemingly oblivious to the stark fiscal crisis happening right under their noses. Worse yet, if they are aware of the deep financial issues, they are clearly not doing anything to fix the problem. Instead of finding ways to spend more money, Congress and the president need to find ways to cut spending.”

Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) President Tom Schatz noted that President Thomas Jefferson said the nation’s representatives shouldn’t accumulate debts that can’t be paid in their own time, and while this has been problematic for years, it has never been this significant.

Schatz said he believes “members of Congress have an obligation to attempt to bring spending under control and ensure that present and future taxpayers are not forced to fund any federal program that is duplicative, wasteful, and inefficient.”

When The Epoch Times asked TIA President Sheila Weinberg if it’s reasonable to depend upon future economic growth to solve the debt problem, she said no, and noted that the Treasury Department agrees.

“The authors of the Financial Report of the U.S. Government have deemed that under current law and policy, a massive implied increase in the ratio of reported debt to GDP—e.g. future debt will be growing faster than GDP—is simply unsustainable,” she said.

“In other words, under current law and policy, we can’t grow our way out of this, especially considering Medicare grows faster than inflation.”

Iran Denies It Will Talk to U.S. After Biden Admin Invites Itself to Vienna Meeting ... I TOLD YOU SO, "DONALD J. TRUMP"!

The government of Iran denied it would engage the United States in talks on Tuesday after the administration of President Joe Biden confirmed on Monday that it would send an envoy to Vienna, Austria, where the remaining signatories of the Iran nuclear deal are scheduled to discuss a path forward.

“No negotiations will take place between the representatives of Iran and the United States,” Iranian government spokesman Ali Rabiei told reporters on Tuesday, according to Iran’s Mehr News Agency.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry elsewhere emphasized, “no representative from the United States will attend the Joint Commission meeting or related expert meetings and no direct and indirect negotiations with the United States are on the agenda of Iran’s delegation.”

Rabiei insisted that no talks would occur between Washington and Tehran unless the United States lifted all sanctions imposed on the Islamic regime in response to its extensive human rights violations and its development of an illegal nuclear weapons program.

The 2015 Iran nuclear deal – formally the “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action” (JCPOA) – is an agreement between Iran and Britain, China, France, Germany, and Russia allegedly designed to prevent Iran from building a nuclear weapon. America was a signatory to the deal under President Barack Obama, but President Donald Trump withdrew from the deal in 2018, describing it as unfair and accusing Iran of repeatedly violating its provisions.

The Biden administration’s State Department leadership claimed on Monday that it would engage in “discussions” with Iranian officials in Vienna, but not “direct” ones, on how to find a role for America in the deal, potentially leading to the reversal of Trump-era sanctions on the regime.

“[The talks] will be structured around working groups that our European – that the EU is going to form with the remaining parties to the JCPOA, and that includes Iran. The primary issues to be discussed are actually quite simple,” State Department spokesman Ned Price told reporters. “They’re, on the one hand, the nuclear steps that Iran would need to take in order for Iran to return to that desired end state – and again, that is an end state of compliance with the JCPOA – and the sanctions relief steps that the United States would need to take in order for us to return to compliance with the JCPOA.”

“These discussions, we fully expect, will be difficult,” Price added, “but we do believe that these discussions with our partners and, in turn, our partners (discussions) with Iran, are a healthy step forward.”

“Now, we don’t anticipate at present that there will be direct talks with Iran, though, of course, we remain open to them,” he added, “And so we’ll have to see how things go starting early this week.”

U.S. Special Envoy for Iran Robert Malley, Biden’s top Iran diplomat, will reportedly lead the U.S. delegation to Vienna. The delegation will not be staying in the same hotel as the officials in town for the JCPOA talks and it is unclear exactly what they will be doing there, or if the European leaders welcomed its presence at all.

While confirming that Tehran had no interest in speaking to Malley, Rabiei, the Iranian regime spokesman, declared his presence a victory on Tuesday.

“Today we are witnessing a new chapter in the process of defeating coercion and reviving the JCPOA,” Rabiei told reporters. “As we predicted at the height of the Trump administration’s bullying and pressure, the United States eventually, frustrated by the wrong path, admit that maximum pressure has failed and that there is no choice but to revive the JCPOA and get all parties back to their commitments.”

“This success would never have been achieved if we had not stood up to the Trump regime in spite of all external and internal pressures to leave the JCPOA, and if our people had not endured this severe suffering,” the spokesman asserted. “Today, we are confident that in the very near future, the US government will have no choice but to end its lawless conduct, and that unilateral sanctions which are in violation of international agreements and regulations will end.”

Rabiei added that Iranian representatives would address American counterparts only after the elimination of sanctions on the regime.

PressTV, an Iranian government media outlet, cited a “source close to the Iranian negotiating team” on Monday that similarly claimed, “Tehran will not accept any outcome of the Vienna meeting other than the removal of all sanctions,” meaning it would not negotiate at all.

“Robert Malley will have to leave Vienna empty-handed if the Tuesday meeting would result in anything other than the removal of all U.S. sanctions,” according to the alleged “source.”

Public statements from Iranian officials have not wavered from this demand.

“The agenda of this [joint] commission meeting is the removal of all U.S. cruel sanctions against Iran, and in other words, clarification of how parties [to the deal] should fulfill their commitments,” Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said on Monday. “The path is clear. All US sanctions [against Iran] must be removed at once. Then [this measure] must be verified [by Tehran] and only then, the Islamic Republic will take its step [to return to full commitments under the nuclear deal].”

Iran is not offering the other members of the JCPOA anything in exchange for their demand that the United States, no longer a party to the JCPOA, lift sanctions.

 Perpetual Vaccination? Pfizer Says More Doses After a Year

The inoculation scheme has been going swimmingly for those who’ve opted to be vaccinated, with the Biden administration boasting several times that they’ve exceeded their already ambitious goals.

But there has been some recent trouble with side effects that have pushed vaccine hesitancy to new highs, with 1 in 5 Americans suggesting that they have no interested in getting the jab at all.

Now, there’s news that one of the main vaccinations in circulation could need a third dose within the next year or so.

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said people will “likely” need a third dose of a Covid-19 vaccine within 12 months of getting fully vaccinated. His comments were made public Thursday but were taped April 1.

Bourla said it’s possible people will need to get vaccinated against the coronavirus annually.

“We need to see what would be the sequence, and for how often we need to do that, that remains to be seen,” he told CNBC’s Bertha Coombs during an event with CVS Health. “A likely scenario is that there will be likely a need for a third dose, somewhere between six and 12 months and then from there, there will be an annual revaccination, but all of that needs to be confirmed. And again, the variants will play a key role.”

“It is extremely important to suppress the pool of people that can be susceptible to the virus,” Bourla said.

This additional dose could be a deal breaker for those who are already uncomfortable with the idea of receiving such a hurried vaccine.

BLM Co-Founder Goes on Million Dollar Real Estate Buying Spree

The Black Lives Matter movement has often faced questions regarding the motives behind its destructive behavior. If co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors’ recent real estate binge is any indication, those motives might not be so pure.

According to the New York Post, Khan-Cullors recently purchased a home worth more than $1 million in a Los Angeles County neighborhood known as Topanga Canyon.

“The property, which is about a 15-minute drive from Malibu beaches, features bamboo floors and vaulted ceilings, according to the listing,” the Post reported.

This is not the only high-end property that Khan-Cullors has recently purchased. A separate article from the New York Post said that she has purchased four homes totaling $3.2 million in the United States alone in the past few years.

First, Khan-Callors purchased a $510,000 home in Inglewood, California in 2016. Next, she spent $590,000 a property in south Los Angeles, according to the Post.

Third, Khan-Callors and her spouse, Janaya Khan, purchased a $450,000 “custom ranch” in Georgia complete with an indoor pool, airplane hanger, and “RV shop” in 2020.

Finally, she purchased her most expensive home yet with this latest $1.4 million property in Topanga Canyon.

Obviously, a woman who describes herself as a “trained Marxist” seems hypocritical for spending $3 million on homes in the last five years. However, this latest purchase is hypocritical in even more ways than one.

According to the Post, the neighborhood of Topanga Canyon is 88 percent white. The purchase comes as BLM activists claim to be supporting black-owned businesses and majority-black areas.

Would you call Patrisse Khan-Cullors a hypocrite?

In September 2020, The New York Times reported that BLM activists were marching into primarily white neighborhoods and demanding their allegiance to the cause. Their co-founder now owns a luxury home in the type of neighborhood with which her movement previously took issue.

The gross hypocrisy on display from Khan-Callors is, unfortunately, not all that surprising. As rioters walked out of retail stores last summer carrying everything from televisions to tennis shoes, it was clear that personal gain was more important than the supposed “justice” they were fighting for.

Even so, that should not obscure how disgusting this behavior really is. As Matt Walsh of The Daily Wire put it, these activists on the left are hurting the very people they claim to care about.

“BLM is the biggest and most dangerous scam in American history,” he wrote on Twitter. “The grifters at the top of the organization enrich themselves while poor communities across the nation are devastated by the chaos they foment and profit off of. How could anyone still support these con artists?”

Walsh happens to be exactly right. As rioters destroyed parts of Minneapolisfollowing the death of George Floyd, some African-Americans spoke out about the real consequences.

“These people did this for no reason,” Minneapolis resident Stephanie Wilford, a disabled black woman who lived near the Minneapolis riots, told a television reporter in May 2020.

“It’s not going to bring George [Floyd] back here — George is in a better place than we are. And last night, I’m going to be honest, I wish I was where George was because this is ridiculous. These people are tearing up our livelihoods.”

Unfortunately, it appears that the founders at the top of the BLM movement did have a reason, and it was to make money for themselves. According to the Post, BLM took in more than $90 million in 2020 as the “socialists” behind it were purchasing million-dollar homes.

That’s not a great look, especially as many minorities find themselves in situations like Wilford’s due to rioting and looting promoted by the organization.

If Khan-Callors really wanted to help minorities, she could start by not profiting off of their suffering. Unfortunately, exposing her for the fraud that she is will not repair the damage her movement has caused.

A picture began circulating in November. It should be 'The Picture of the Year,' or perhaps, 'Picture of the Decade.' It won't be. In fact, unless you obtained a copy of the US paper that published it, you probably would never see it. The picture is that of a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas, who's being operated on by surgeon named Joseph Bruner.

The baby was diagnosed with spina bifida and wouldn't survive if removed from his mother's womb. Little Samuel's mother, Julie Armas, is an obstetrics nurse in Atlanta. She knew of Dr. Bruner's remarkable surgical procedure. Practicing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, he performs these special operations while the baby is still in the womb.

During the procedure, Dr. Bruner removes the uterus via C-section and makes a small incision to operate on the baby. As he completed the surgery on Samuel, the tiny guy reached his miniature, but fully developed hand through the incision and firmly squeezed the surgeon's finger. Dr. Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was the most emotional moment of his life and that for an instant during the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile. The photograph captures this amazing event with perfect clarity. The editors titled the picture, 'Hand of Hope.'  PART 1: CNN Director VIDEO ADMITS Network Engaged in ‘Propaganda’ to Remove Trump from Presidency … ‘Our Focus Was to Get Trump Out of Office’ … ‘I Came to CNN Because I Wanted to Be a Part of That’

• CNN Technical Director Charlie Chester: “Look what we did, we [CNN] got Trump out. I am 100% going to say it, and I 100% believe that if it wasn't for CNN, I don't know that Trump would have got voted out…I came to CNN because I wanted to be a part of that.”       

• Chester: “[Trump’s] hand was shaking or whatever, I think. We brought in so many medical people to tell a story that was all speculation -- that he was neurologically damaged, and he was losing it. He's unfit to -- you know, whatever. We were creating a story there that we didn't know anything about. That's what -- I think that’s propaganda.”

• Chester: “We would always show shots of him [Biden] jogging and that [he’s] healthy, you know, and him in aviator shades. Like you paint him as a young geriatric.”

• Chester: “I think there's a COVID fatigue. So, like whenever a new story comes up, they're [CNN’s] going to latch onto it. They've already announced in our office that once the public is -- will be open to it -- we're going to start focusing mainly on climate.”

• Chester: “It's going to be our [CNN’s] focus. Like our focus was to get Trump out of office, right? Without saying it, that's what it was, right? So, our next thing is going to be for climate change awareness.”

• Chester: “It [COVID] will taper off to a point that it's not a problem anymore. Climate change can take years, so they'll [CNN will] probably be able to milk that quite a bit…Climate change is going to be the next COVID thing for CNN…Fear sells.” 

[NEW YORK -- Apr. 13, 2021] Project Veritas released a new video today exposing CNN Director Charlie Chester, who admitted that his network engaged in propaganda to benefit Biden’s candidacy during the 2020 election to the detriment of then-President Trump. Chester also said CNN has a pre-determined agenda when reporting on COVID-19 and climate change.Play

During a conversation with a Veritas journalist, Chester boasted about the impact the network had in determining the outcome of the presidential race last year.

“Look what we did, we [CNN] got Trump out. I am 100% going to say it, and I 100% believe that if it wasn't for CNN, I don't know that Trump would have got voted out…I came to CNN because I wanted to be a part of that,” Chester revealed.

Chester explained to the Veritas journalist how CNN engaged in “propaganda” when covering Trump’s health compared to Biden’s health.

“[Trump’s] hand was shaking or whatever, I think. We brought in so many medical people to tell a story that was all speculation -- that he was neurologically damaged, and he was losing it. Veritas Journalist: “I guess I have a confession. I worry about Biden and his health, I guess.”

CNN Technical Director Charlie Chester: “Your news health?”

Veritas Journalist: “What? No, I said Biden, our president.”

Chester: “Oh, his health.”

Veritas Journalist: “I want to take care of him and make sure he's okay.”

Chester: “He is definitely -- the whole thing of him running during the entire -- like run for the campaign. Showing him jogging is obviously deflection of his age and they're [CNN] trying to make it like, ‘Oh, I'm healthy.’”

Veritas Journalist: “Is that what we did? I don't know. Like what do you mean?” 

Chester: “We would always show shots of him [Biden] jogging and that [he’s] healthy, you know, and him in aviator shades. Like you paint him as a young geriatric.”

Chester went on to say that COVID-19 media coverage should be coming to an end in the near future. He added that CNN is already preparing its shift in coverage to push and promote climate change fear. 

“I think there's a COVID fatigue. So, like whenever a new story comes up, they're [CNN’s] going to latch onto it. They've already announced in our office that once the public is -- will be open to it -- we're going to start focusing mainly on climate,” Chester said.

Veritas Journalist: “What does that look like?”

Chester: “I don't know. I'm not sure. I have a feeling that it’s going to be like, constantly showing videos of decline in ice, and weather warming up, and like the effects it’s having on the economy--”

Veritas Journalist: “Who decides that?”

Chester: “Head of the network.”

Veritas Journalist: “Who is that? Is that [Jeff] Zucker?”

Chester: “Zucker, yeah. I imagine that he's got his council and they've all like, discussed, like where they think--”

Veritas Journalist: “So, that's like the next--”

Chester: “Pandemic-like story that we’ll beat to death, but that one's got longevity. You know what I mean? Like there's a definitive ending to the pandemic. It'll taper off to a point that it's not a problem anymore. Climate change can take years, so they'll [CNN will] probably be able to milk that quite a bit.”

Veritas Journalist: “So, climate change overload.”

Chester: “Be prepared, it's coming. Climate change is going to be the next COVID thing for CNN.”

Veritas Journalist: “You think it's going to be just like -- a lot of like, fear for the climate?”

Chester: “Yeah. Fear sells.”
