Woke Kellogg’s Is Breaking Up After Years of Disappointing Performance
The Kellogg Company, one of the original perpetrators of Woke Capitalism, said Tuesday that it is breaking itself up into three independent companies.
The company will split into three publicly-traded companies whose names will be determined later, Kellogg said. The break-up, which is expected to be a tax-free transaction, has been approved by its board of directors.
“Kellogg has been on a successful journey of transformation to enhance performance and increase long-term shareholder value,” said Steve Cahilane, the company’s chief executive and board chairman.

Every time an American family picks up a box of Kellogg’s cereal at the grocery store, it is contributing to the wealthy radical leftwing foundation that agitates for open borders, supports George Soros’s Open Society Insitute, and pushes a host of leftwing causes.
The W.K. Kellogg Foundation is the largest shareholder of the Kellogg Company. According to its 2016 tax filing, the Kellogg Foundation’s trust owns approximately $5.2 billion of stock in the company, about 20 percent of the company’s equity. The other large holders are mostly passive investors such as mutual funds and their ownership is a fraction of the foundation’s. That means that the foundation effectively controls the famous cereal company.
Back in 2016, the Kellogg Company called for a blacklist of Breitbart, saying that the news organization did not reflect its values. This prompted a #dumpkellogg’s boycott in response that AdWeek described as inflicting huge damage to the company’s reputation.
Kellogg shares have been volatile over the past five years but have failed to gain value. Five years ago, the stock traded at around $70 a share. On Monday, shares were around $67.50. Year-to-date, however, the stock has gained around four percent, outperforming the major indexes which recently entered into bear market territory. Shares were trading around $73 at the time Kellogg announced its blacklisting of Breitbart. The all-time high was around $81 a share in the spring of 2016.
The new businesses will be divided into a global snacking company, a North American cereal company, and a plant-based food company.

We have seen Joe Biden’s team make many bad policy decisions and moves. We witnessed how they were flailing Monday over the stock exchange going into the trash.
Biden has made the United States a mess on almost every front. It would be difficult to pick which issue is the most serious, but inflation is undoubtedly a top candidate.
The White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre spoke on Monday night to CNN with Don Lemon, revealing their ignorance about their approach.
First, she lied to Biden about the state of the country at the time that Biden was elected.
She said that the economy was not in a “great place.”
Yup, gas was $2.39/gallon, inflation was 1.4%, the markets were up ... Trump was "Making America Great Again" ...
Jean-Pierre informs Lemon that “we have to remember where the country was” before Biden “stepped into office.”
While some businesses were still closed, inflation and gas prices didn’t spiral out of control. Contrary to her statements, we had a “comprehensive COVID Strategy” — in fact, that’s how the Biden team was given a vaccine plan and vaccine. But, the Biden team still has more COVID victims than they had anticipated, despite having the vaccines, treatments, and their “strategy” in place. Then, she made a big statement, saying that only Democrats had passed the American Rescue Plan and that it was “his (Biden’s) plan.”
Don Lemon responded with a question. He pointed out that economists pointed to Biden and the Democrats’ American Rescue Plan, as part of the reason why inflation is so high. You can see that even Don Lemon understands it. This is why Biden and the Democrats have problems. Jean-Pierre asked him if the Biden team was responsible. You can see her blinking. Even though she doesn’t believe anything she says, it’s the reason she has so much trouble with it.
Jean-Pierre stated that the exact thing that caused inflation was “put us into a position where the American people feel can, can — actually — we can take down inflation.”
This is delusional, and it’s not reality.
They are either incredible liars or they don’t have any economic sense. It’s also insulting to our intelligence that she claims that the same thing that caused inflation can help us manage it. This is a historic situation. These people are incompetent, trying to ruin the economy. They are not responsible for their actions, and they don’t feel ashamed about the damage they caused.
She did however make an important point, which sinks the Democrats regardless of whether she realized it or not: that the Plan was all about Biden and the Democrats. When the American people think about the causes of their suffering, as they enter the polling booth, they can recall Karine Jean Pierre’s words and decide who they should boot out of office.

It made me chuckle because a) I’m still alive b) the show’s going great (give it a try on Fox Nation) and c) Trump’s fierce loyalty to friends is only matched by his comically obsessive trash-talking fury if you fall out with him.
But there was also an irony about his statement.
At the risk of further incurring his wrath, if anyone is drawing flies right now, it’s Donald Trump.
The once omnipotent GOP beast bestriding the American political world like a paw-crunching King Kong is now seeing his stranglehold over the party ebb away faster than the infamous gorilla tumbled to his demise from the Empire State Building after being shot by US Navy jets.

And the same foe is proving to be the deadly weapon again now, in the form of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a US Navy war hero who advised SEAL Team commanders in Iraq, and who still serves with the US Navy Reserve.
If you were scripting a perfect Republican presidential candidate, the list of preferred requirements would read something like DeSantis’s resume.

He’s a man from humble beginnings, raised in Dunedin, Florida by working-class parents (his father installed Nielsen TV ratings boxes, his mother was a nurse.)
‘He was bright… very, very attentive,’ Dee Centinaro, DeSantis’ first-grade teacher, told the Miami Herald. ‘I knew he would do his work, I knew he would pay attention, and I knew I could trust him.’
He graduated with honors from both Yale and Harvard Law School.
He was captain of Yale’s baseball team and had the best batting average (.336). ‘He’s a great captain,’ teammate Kyle Cousin said of DeSantis at the time. ‘He helps everybody out. He is a true leader on and off the field.’
He was a navy officer who served at Guantanamo Bay, and in Iraq as legal advisor to SEAL Team One during the deadliest year of the war in 2007, ensuring the missions were legally conducted and captured detainees were treated humanely.
DeSantis was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service, and his boss, Navy Capt. Dane Thorleifson, who commanded the SEAL Special Operations Task-Force-West in Fallujah, said of him: ‘He was super smart, articulate, resourceful and a positive part of the staff. I relied on him heavily.’
DeSantis then became a federal prosecutor, serving as a Special Assistant in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Florida.

Ronald Henry, who was DeSantis’ direct supervisor, described him as an ‘aggressive prosecutor who didn’t go light.’
All of which adds up to a stunningly impressive set of ticks in the box for people who should run for president.
And that’s before we get to his highly successful tenure as governor of Florida, where, whatever you think of him, DeSantis has indisputably proven himself to be a bold, fearless, combative and determined leader, earning him high approval ratings and the kind of national media attention that potential presidents get.
That’s why Republican billionaires are lining up to back him, enabling De Santis to build up a staggering $124 million for his 2022 gubernatorial campaign war chest — twice what he needed to win in 2018 — and that’s why he’s now become Trump’s worst nightmare.
The two men have publicly supported each other for years, but I confidently predict this mutual admiration society is about to hit the buffers big time.
For if there’s one thing Trump can’t stomach more than people who don’t buy into his ‘rigged election’ bulls–t, it’s people who might threaten his chances of returning to the White House in 2024.
And Ron DeSantis, 43, is that person.
He isn’t just 35 years younger than Trump, he’s more eloquent, focused and organized, going about his business with military-style planning.
He’s also more serious, which is a good thing, but as he showed with his ‘I welcome support from African-Americans’ quip after Elon Musk said he was leaning towards supporting him, he can do charm and smart humor when he needs to.

DeSantis may be Trumpian when it comes to policy, agreeing with him on most issues, which will please the MAGA crowd, but he comes without all the January 6 baggage (he hasn’t said the 2020 election was stolen) and wildly erratic and polarising personality.
As liberal Bill Maher put it: ‘You know what Ron DeSantis won’t be doing? He won’t be poop-tweeting every day. It won’t be, like, having feuds with Bette Midler on Twitter. He’s not an insane person.’
He’s not.
Ron DeSantis is showing himself to be a formidable and dynamic political operator, whether it’s taking on Disney over LGBT teaching in schools, keeping Florida largely open during the covid pandemic — which was lambasted at the time, but the stats have increasingly vindicated his controversial decision with Florida’s death rate lower than states like New York that opted for harsh lockdowns — or waging war on the absurd but dangerous woke cancel culture.
He’s also a devoted family man with three young children whose wife Casey showed her own fighting spirit by beating breast cancer.
So, by almost any political metric you choose, this guy’s a far better option for leading the Republicans into the 2024 election than Donald Trump, and many party activists agree which is why he’s come ahead of Trump as preferred candidate in recent polls of Republican voters in Colorado and Wisconsin.
He’s just younger, fresher, and more exciting than the aging, raging gorilla who’s become a whiny, Democracy-defying bore.
And if DeSantis does win the nomination, I think he’ll destroy beleaguered Joe Biden – or any other Democrat, for that matter — to win the presidency.
But don’t take my word for his credentials, take Trump’s.
In 2017, when he was President and DeSantis was running for Governor, he tweeted: ‘Ron DeSantis is a brilliant young leader, Yale and then Harvard Law, who would make a GREAT Governor of Florida. He loves our Country and is a true FIGHTER!’
He is, as Trump’s about to find out.
The game’s up for The Donald, who opened his political career STRONG but who’s now “died.”
It’s time Republicans put their faith in The Ronald.

Democrats Are Playing a Sick Game (with the media supporting them)

James Hodgkinson is a hero to Democrats; one of their own who dared stand up to tyranny! What did he stand up to? A bunch of Republicans practicing baseball for a charity game against Democrats. You might not remember the 2017 attempted mass murder, the Democrat media stopped talking about the story after 3 days – before the then House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, seriously wounded in the shooting, was off life support and it was known he would live. As soon as the truth of the would-be killer was discovered, the story ceased to be one. Parents are proud of their children, but not all movements are proud of the offspring they create. That’s how it was for the left and Hodgkinson.
How can I say they created him? Because they did, they all did. Hodgkinson told the world why he was doing what he did – he was upset by “news” reports that the GOP plan for health care would lead to the deaths of 10,000 Americans every year. The “how” didn’t matter, nor did the fact that it was a lie, the gang at MSNBC and CNN parroted it over and over. If you’re unstable enough to believe those appendages of the Democratic National Committee, you almost have a moral obligation to act, don’t you?
That’s what you’d think Democrats don’t understand – that if you convince people the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler is in the White House, the already troubled will have a compulsion to do something about it. But you’d be wrong. Not that the mentally unstable might act, but that Democrats view this as an unintended consequence.
They know exactly what they’re doing. Is it their desire to get their political opponents murdered? Probably not. But you don’t set a pot of water on the stove over a high flame and not realize it will boil over if you don’t stop it before it does.
Democrats have a campaign strategy of emotion, dangerous emotions. They seek to keep as many people as they possibly can on the verge of a breakdown without having them cross the line to keep them motivated to vote. The problem is you have a lot of unstable people on that side of the aisle. If "they" are manipulated into something just this side of a frenzy over made-up outrages, some are going to break. Most won’t, but there’s no way some won’t.
The kid from California who flew to DC to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is just such a person. Unstable – he was already suicidal and looking to commit murder for the cause before taking his own life, making him a hero to his political party, in his mind at least – he only broke down once he realized the existing security around Kavanaugh’s house would make his dreams of martyrdom impossible and he called police on himself. Note: no one caught him! No one knew what his intentions were, even his gun didn't know!
It wasn’t a story. The torture kit he carried with him would be national news if he’d been caught walking into a school anywhere in the country or near any of Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders or Barack Obama’s mansions was reported and then ignored. This guy may be the only 26-year-old with no social media footprint, or the tech companies wiped it clean in the hours between him turning himself in and the eventual release of his name. His name was as closely guarded a secret as the identity of who Paul Pelosi was out getting hammered with while Nancy was on the other side of the country giving a commencement address, no one in the media knew it until the Justice Department was ready for it to be known.
He was made by the left, for the purposes of leftism. Was it deliberate? Probably not (though maybe from some). But he was foreseen. For a year, Democrats kept their Brownshirt army teetering on the edge of exploding. The BLM/ANTIFA riots were their attempt to keep the “energy” in the party going. They even bragged about how few of their “protests” devolved into riots, with the high priest of Critical Race Theory, Boston University professor and noted racist Henry Rogers (who changed his name to Ibram X. Kendi), proudly tweeted, “Among the 7,305 demonstrations in the summer of 2020, 96.3 percent involved no property damage or police injuries, according to researchers.”
Doing the math, that means 270 “protests” were violent riots with more than $2 billion in damages and dozens of murders, not to mention all the attempted murders of police officers and average citizens. If you had something with a 3.7 percent kill rate, you’d likely be horrified. If it had a 3.7 percent failure rate, it would be recalled. Instead, it’s celebrated as a success. Tells you something about what Democrats think of their members, doesn’t it?
It’s a sick game Democrats play, trying to convince their supporters that was clearly is somehow isn’t. It works on the stupid and those desperate to believe, but it also rots away inside the unstable. The racist killer in Buffalo proudly declared himself a member of the “authoritarian left,” and the would-be assassin of Brett Kavanaugh was just another byproduct of the progressive mindset and the DNC’s election strategy. That is, unless it’s not a byproduct at all but by design. I’ll leave that for you to decide.

It was Monday, a cool sunny day on the calendar and by any standard, a wonderful late spring day being enjoyed by all GOD’s creatures only to be ruined as the 10th. hour passed waiting in the Emergency Room. There are no visible clocks in a Nuvance ER waiting room perhaps a policy for good reason, time does not comfort those with a nagging medical issue nor for relatives or a loved one accompanying for support, time only provides a ledge on the window of helplessness. The good news is we were in the ER mere yards away from nurses, doctors, and staff (as well as interpreters) and the hope of some relief and emotional comfort. We were not the only ones enduring the decisions of apparent administrative policy incompetence as the 11th hour approached incredibly frustrating at the least. The bad news is we were never alone in our frustration and throbbing outrage being marinated in psychological torment of administrative malfeasance. The nurses and doctors as well as staff and security personnel each endured in their own silence marinated by tensions from the suffering of those waiting. A full range of humanity some making eye contact, some not as they shuffled in the waiting area many with the 1,000-yard stare to fill the boredom, others head low in hand, each with a different medical issue companions in this Nuvance ER misery. Some distraught souls revealing an obvious health issue others bathed in silence waiting hour by hour as the minutes dragged on in the apparent administrative malfeasance. Emergency Room a misnomer. Why has this administrative travesty and inhumanity gone largely unnoticed?
Perhaps, this representative demographic provides a glint shedding light on the silent suffering? Is this demographic just an end of a thread when pulled will reveal administrative policy malfeasance? Then again perhaps the thread will reveal varying mixtures of insight, misinformation, and prejudice, conscious and unconscious; nonetheless, the unintended consequence is a blind spot in our inhumanity to humanity. Sadly their silent suffering is tempered with the knowledge “they” were encouraged and invited into our country and to silently suffer this nightmare. As hours dragged on the demographic remained the same albeit changed in individual character, small children became babies in the early evening hours. The parents as helpless as the babies they coddled trying to soothe them in their distress. Our time ended we were leaving after enduring eleven and one-half hours, the inhumanity, misery, and distress continued as the automatic door closed drowning out the cacophony. We had our silence once again washing over our thoughts asking why?

Crazy Naked Chicks (aka Kalo Queens) Are Stripping For Abortion Rights, In Front Of Families & Bragging About It

The naked protesters are at it again, this time supporting abortion at a Women’s National Basketball Association game. On Tuesday during the New York Liberty and the Minnesota Lynx game at Barclays Center, several Kalo Queens (aka women?) rushed onto the court with their shirts off but green paint over their breasts. Other Kalo Queens in the stands held up pro-abortion signs.
In addition to green paint on their chests, multiple aka women (i.e., Kalo's) had disturbing blotches of red paint in the crotch area of their shorts, simulating blood.
The Kalo's (birthing human, Karen, Ze/Hir/Hirs, etc.) had to be escorted off of the court, with one literally being dragged out by female security staff.
This is the most recent action of the group Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights, which is hosting these protest acts and posting on their social media and website about the women participating being “brave.”
In addition to the deranged Kalo image, the group tweeted, “This was the audience we wanted. We aren’t protesting to change the hearts & minds of woman-hating fascists. No. We are calling on those who can stop the overturning of #RoeVWade: THE MILLIONS of ppl who support #abortionrights. YOU! No business as usual. Shut the country down!”
This statement, plus website postings, indicate that there are more of these grotesque protests planned. Choosing a low attendance venue such as a WNBA game indicates that no event is safe from having to see one of these in person.
“No matter what your political background, race, nationality, religion,” one woman who ran across the basketball court on Tuesday said in a social media video, “YOU have the right over your own body. Leaders, political legislatures, WE ARE NOT YOUR INCUBATORS.”
One of the group’s commonly used signs reads, “Abortion on demand & without apology,” and another is “Forced pregnancy is female enslavement.”
Further, a blog post from the website from May of this year reads, “We will make clear to the woman-haters on the Supreme Court and everywhere else that if they take away the right to abortion, their society will be prevented from functioning at all. We will NOT go back!”
No charges have apparently been filed against the naked Kalo Queens.
Earlier this week, Red Voice Media reported on half-naked protesters stripping down to their bras and underwear at a church service in Houston. Pastor Joel Osteen’s service at Lakewood Church was interrupted by the women shouting things like “My body, my fucking choice,” and “Overturn Roe? Hell no!”
The protests of course started up when a draft Supreme Court opinion regarding the 1973 decision in Roe v Wade was leaked, showing the potential for the ruling to be overturned. This would mean that the issue of abortion would be left to each individual state to decide, but those who are adamant that women should be able to kill their babies no matter where they live fear, rightly, that many states would make abortion illegal or at least severely restricted in their state should Roe v Wade be overturned.

Latest Pfizer Doc Dump Admits mRNA Covid “Vaccines” Will Result in Mass Depopulation
The latest drop of pages from the secret Pfizer documents reveals that the pharmaceutical giant is fully aware that its Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” will soon result in mass depopulation of the world.
The June 1 dump contains a document called “reissue_5.3.6 postmarketing experience.pdf,” page 12 of which includes disturbing data on getting Pfizer’s Fauci Flu injection during pregnancy and lactation.
It turns out that 90 percent of pregnant women who took the shot ended up losing their babies. This is a shocking figure that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) apparently did not think twice about when granting Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to the jab.
“Pfizer states in the document that by 28th February 2021 there were 270 known cases of exposure to the mRNA injection during pregnancy,” reports Exposé News. “Forty-six-percent of the mothers (124) exposed to the Pfizer Covid-19 injection suffered an adverse reaction.”
“Of those 124 mothers suffering an adverse reaction, 49 were considered non-serious adverse reactions, whereas 75 were considered serious. This means 58% of the mothers who reported suffering adverse reactions suffered a serious adverse event ranging from uterine contraction to foetal death.”
Of 270 tracked pregnancies, Pfizer lost track of 238 of them
The latest batch of released Pfizer documents also contains a concerning revelation about pregnancies of which the company somehow lost track. Of the 270 pregnancies Pfizer was tracking, a shocking 238 of them just disappeared from the dataset.
Of the 33 pregnancies that Pfizer still tracked, a shocking 23 of them resulted in spontaneous abortion. Two resulted in premature baby death; two resulted in intrauterine death; one resulted in neonatal death; one is listed as “outcome pending;” and only one resulted in a “normal outcome.”
What this means is that almost every pregnant woman who takes Pfizer’s mRNA (messenger RNA) injections for covid will lose her baby. Conversely, only a tiny fraction of fully jabbed women will successfully deliver to term.
Keep in mind that some governments, including that of the United Kingdom, had quietly dissuaded pregnant women from taking Pfizer’s injections – at least up until recently.
“There are no or limited amount of data from the use of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2,” reads a now-altered U.K. government guidance entitled “REG 174 INFORMATION FOR UK HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.”
“COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 is not recommended during pregnancy. For women of childbearing age, pregnancy should be excluded before vaccination. In addition, women of childbearing age should be advised to avoid pregnancy for at least 2 months after their second dose.”
The new version of the same guidance claims that pregnant women can take Pfizer’s injections, but only “when the potential benefits outweigh any potential risks for the mother and foetus.”
As of this writing, the UK government guidance is recommending that pregnant women take the Pfizer shots just so long as they have evaluated the risks involved. At the same time, these same authorities continue to tell pregnant women to avoid soft cheese, herbal tea, and vitamin supplements because they could be dangerous.
All of this just goes to show once again that governments cannot be trusted. They routinely dispense advice in the form of guidance that, if followed, will probably lead to injury or death. This is true both for vaccines and the covid plandemic itself.
“Covid is a cult and ‘Stay Safe’ is a mantra,” wrote a regular commenter at Natural News. “I personally saw through the delusion in the same way most churches are tools for keeping God as far away as possible from your life.”
“I would rather have the virus than the lockdown and that is a fact.”

Up to 15,000 migrants — many of them from Central America, Venezuela and Cuba — may soon join a massive caravan that set off from southern Mexico toward the US border Monday, with its members calling on President Biden to repeal the Title 42 health policy by the time they reach the frontier.
“[Biden] promised the Haitian community he will help them,” one migrant from the Caribbean nation told Fox News. “He will recall Title 42. He will help us have real asylum.”
The caravan began its journey from Tapachula, less than 10 miles from Mexico’s border with Guatemala, a departure timed to coincide with the start of the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles.
Reuters, citing witnesses, reported that at least 6,000 people had set off from Tapachula. Organizer Luis Villigran told Fox News that the caravan stretched more than 32 miles and estimated that 9,500 people were taking part.
“People keep joining,” he said.
The Guardian reported last week that about 11,000 people were part of the caravan and suggested their number could swell as high as 15,000. The Mexican government has neither provided an official estimate of the caravan’s size or made any public comment about it.
Typically, large caravans traveling to the US are made up of a couple thousand people at most.
Pictures show hundreds of migrants carrying backpacks, children, umbrellas, and various flags, as well as pushing strollers and wheelchairs. Some were also spotted carrying large signs and food and water.
“[We have] been waiting for two months for the visa and still nothing, so better to start walking in this march,” Ruben Medina, a Venezuelan traveling with 12 of his family members, told the Associated Press.
“They have us an appointment for August 10 in [the asylum commission], and we don’t have the money to wait. We had to walk around hiding from immigration, there were raids, because if they catch us, they will lock us up,” Joselyn Ponce of Nicaragua said.
Villagran told the AP the people traveling want to send a message that “the migrant women and children, the migrant families are not bargaining chips for ideological and political interests.”
The new caravan comes as the US has seen a massive influx in attempted border crossings in Southern California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.
In April alone, border officials reported a new high of 234,088 encounters, with just under 97,000 people summarily expelled under Title 42 and more than 110,000 released into the US.
The Biden administration attempted to rescind the health policy last month. Title 42 has been in place since the start of the coronavirus pandemic and has allowed border officials to quickly expel nearly 2 million migrants without hearing asylum claims.
Ultimately, a federal judge kept the policy in place — though some border towns have continued to see border crossing surges.
Just hours after the migrants began their trek, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador announced he would not be attending the summit after the US refused to invite the leaders of Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela.
“There can’t be a Summit of the Americas if all the countries of the continent don’t participate,” López Obrador told reporters in Spanish on Monday. “That would be to continue with the old interventionist policy of lack of respect for nations and their people.”
