McConnell is a good and loyal man for the president. He is truly bipartisan aka RINO. Any senator joining with McConnell is a bird of the feather. Well the table has been set. Let's see who and how many belly up to the trough.
If Obama was serious about a compromise and willingness to cut spending, he should have put his beloved Obamacare on the line for cuts should no agreement on further cuts be realized.
Instead, he put Medicare cuts and defense cuts on the line. Should anyone really be surprised? He wants to kill off seniors and deny them a program THEY paid into for decades and gut the military he so despises.
The real issue is a longer term consideration focused around just what role will or does the American "we the people" want for the government.
