ARMAGEDDON FATIGUE …

Failure is not an option … and a rapid reply to a "potential" nuclear threat would be mere folly. Iraq was a false positive … these things do happen; however, with the supporting evidence even a false positive makes for a clear decision muddle in the fog of "What if's", a difficult choice. We thought he (Hussein) had MORE chemical WMD's like he had used on his people in the past. While not a direct threat to the U.S. it was brought to a fever pitch for many reasons.  Also, liberals forget that that intelligence came from the CLINTON administration, not GWB. Besides, GWB had a 90% approval rating when going into Iraq, the highest of any US president EVER. Almost the entire US was behind GWB and the invasion of Iraq.
