IRAN MISSILE TESTS: Iran tested a round of ballistic missiles for the second day in a row Wednesday, prompting condemnation from across the political spectrum.
Two missiles were fired from the Alborz Mountains in northern Iran and hit targets 870 miles away in the southeastern part of the country, according to Iran's state-run Press TV.
The missiles reportedly had a message written on them: "Israel must be wiped off the Earth."

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-Calif.): "Instead of forcefully condemning Iran's dangerous missile tests, the White House is twisting itself into pretzels to explain how they don't violate the president's deeply flawed nuclear deal," Royce said in a statement.
Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton: "Iran should face sanctions for these activities, and the international community must demonstrate that Iran's threats toward Israel will not be tolerated."
Vice President Joe Biden, who is visiting Israel: "We are united in the belief that a nuclear-armed Iran is an absolutely unacceptable threat to Israel, the region and the United States."
