Obama doesn't get it; public has had enough

Despite Democrats being in the majority, why couldn't Obama get things passed? Constituents have shown their Congressmen's tenure is dependent upon sound policy-making, and the American people don't like the way America is going through flawed-logic, left-wing ideology.
Tax and spend ... take money from people who are making it and give it to people who want something for nothing ... call something a "responsibility fee" or a "stimulus" because it sounds better than "tax." Is it sound policy to tax and spend when the economy has double-digit unemployment?
Calling Republicans "obstructionists" is a joke. For the last year, Obama has precluded them from the "discussion." Just keep the other party at bay -- don't allow them any participation in the discussion to help lead our country on the right path regarding the economy, health care, and the environment.
How can one be a part of something when you aren't even invited to the "party"? Duh.
And regardless of a clear rebuke on far-left Democratic policies with the elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, Obama just doesn't get it. He still wants to ram legislation through with a climate bill, health care bill, and another stimulus bill.
Many people, like me, are looking for true change to occur at noon on Jan. 20, 2013.
