GO DIRECTLY TO JAIL DO NOT PASS GO DO NOT COLLECT $200

So Much for Federal Election Laws – Swing States Destroyed 2020 Voting Records Early

Democrats knew they’d pulled off the crime of the century after the 2020 election. They had a choice in the immediate aftermath of stealing an election for Mr. LOL-81-Million. They could risk going to prison after their election records were audited – or they could take the risk of minor jail time by destroying all their records well in advance of the 22-month federal requirement. Guess which option the Democrats controlling elections in populous swing state counties chose?

According to the America First Policy Institute, almost every Democrat-controlled county in the country destroyed their records early, making election audits impossible.

There are 14 swing states in the country that typically decide presidential elections. Those states could go either way and often do. States in the upper Midwest, for example, that went for Obama in 2012 went for Donald Trump in 2016. The America First Policy Institute submitted public records requests to the 100 most populous counties in those 14 swing states. What they found is truly shocking.

Keep in mind, county clerks are required under federal law to preserve federal election records for 22 months or longer in some states. The purpose of preserving these records is so that we can trust our elections. We have 22 months to go back and conduct audits to make sure that mass-scale election fraud did not take place. It’s federal law.

But in 94 of the 100 most populous counties in the swing states, election records were destroyed immediately after the 2020 election. The 22-month threshold for preserving those records has just passed, but it didn’t matter. The records never existed in the first place. No wonder so many Obama-appointed judges refused to let third parties examine the ballots in their states after the election. They probably knew the records didn’t exist, and they’d get caught if anyone were allowed to look at them.

Only two statewide elections officers in those 100 counties had properly preserved their election records when the America First Policy Institute checked. Here’s an even bigger problem. In the six counties that did follow federal law and preserve their records, the number of ballots did not match the number of people who voted in those counties.

Your number of voters has to match the number of ballots, right? Otherwise, there’s no way to know if an election outcome was correct. We know that ballots were counted multiple times in Fulton County, Georgia, because we saw election workers do it ON VIDEO after they sent Republican ballot observers home for the night and pulled the ballots out of their magic hidden suitcases. That’s a scenario where the number of ballots exceeded the number of voters by a lot. And if you think back to June of 2021, the election judge hearing VoterGA’s case against Fulton County never allowed them into the warehouse where the ballots were supposedly being stored.

In other cases, ballots were destroyed, which resulted in discrepancies where there were more voters than ballots case. But the America First Policy Institute couldn’t determine how bad the discrepancies were in 94 counties, because again – the records had all been destroyed or they didn’t keep timestamped records of who voted, which is another federal law they broke.

In Cobb County, Georgia, they found an 8.8% discrepancy among the voting records. That’s massive. They had 34,893 more ballots than voters. That means that ballots were obviously counted multiple times to get an outcome like that. As a reminder, Joe Biden “won” Georgia by a mere 11,779 votes. But they just so happened to have three times as many voters as ballots in a blue county? Give me a break.

In blue Miami-Dade, Florida, they had 15,854 more ballots than voters. Whoops. Sen. Rick Scott won his statewide Florida election in 2018 by a margin of 10,033 votes. So, the amount of fraud is more than enough to sway statewide elections, if a candidate doesn’t score enough votes to overcome whatever fraudulent margin of difference the Democrats are able to manufacture.

The America First Policy Institute’s report on this issue just goes on and on and on. It’s too much data to share in just one article. But we have massive problems in this country that stem from allowing partisan election clerks to ignore federal law. If you have a Republican running for Secretary of State in your state this November, you know who to vote for.
